Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with Reel. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Reel is sold by Daniel Sogbey (a sole trader, "we", "us") through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a Pro or Studio subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it will not renew after that. You won't be charged again.
To cancel, use the link in any payment receipt from Lemon Squeezy, or email us at hello@usereel.dev and we'll cancel it for you.
Refunds
If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll issue a full refund of that payment, with no complicated conditions. This applies to your first purchase and to renewal charges.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
- Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- The free plan is free, so there is nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@usereel.dev from the address you used at checkout, with your order or receipt number. We aim to respond within two business days.
This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
